Your library is every program your account can install. Programs come into it three ways.
Included with every account
Every single-frequency program, the ones named with one number such as 40 Hz, 432 Hz or 1000 Hz, comes with your account. In the app they show as included.
100 Hz is the device’s standard program and is always free. If you’re ever unsure what’s on your PULSE, installing 100 Hz puts it back to the standard program.
Gifts
From time to time we gift programs to accounts. A gift shows as GIFT in your library and stays there, the same as one you bought.
Programs to buy
Burst programs (with a “×” in the name, such as 5 Hz × 1000 Hz or 16 Hz × 730 Hz) and 39 Hz are $10 each in the Marketplace, unless you already have them as a gift. Once bought, they’re in your library in the app the next time it syncs.
A program is missing
- Check you’re signed in to the app with the same account you bought it on.
- Close and reopen the app so it syncs your library.
- Still missing? Tell us which program and the email address you bought it with.
