Every IP-NFT carries a 7.5% royalty back to the treasury. UXDT holders — the DAO's voting shareholders — vote on which trial runs next; $ULTRA is the spending token you use to flash frequencies; and the treasury itself is held in KAS.

A 16-week at-home study pairing UD-F08 (40.5 Hz, mastoid) with the existing tinnitus protocol. Treasury would fund $120,000 against current PROP-017 parameters. Cohort ships devices Apr 30.
Pair UD-F01 (morning) with UD-F05 (evening) in adults aged 65–80. Treasury allocation: $74,200. Oxford Memory Lab as site of record.
Community proposal to lower royalty-to-treasury on primary mints. Author: 0x4c1b…
Every frequency you flash to your device is a firmware program. The baseline ones are free; the advanced ones are paid. Don't want to buy one yet? Start a trial — get temporary access in exchange for sharing what you learn. Report each week (why you're using it, what you hope to achieve, what you observe) and your access renews; stop reporting and it lapses. Those reports are the research data that decides which frequencies the DAO builds next.

The proposals above aren't just opinion polls — a passing vote moves real money out of the treasury and into a trial. Here's the path every proposal follows.
A member drafts a proposal — fund a study (PROP-017), or change a protocol parameter like the royalty split (PROP-019). UXDT holders — the DAO's voting shareholders — vote; a passing proposal is funded from the KAS treasury. The trial it funds validates a frequency, which mints as an IP-NFT, and that IP-NFT's 7.5% royalty flows back to the treasury — refilling it for the next vote.
Governance runs on UXDT — voting stock certificates in the UltraDAO LLC (a Wyoming DAO corporation). Holding UXDT is both your ownership share and your vote on the proposals above. ($ULTRA is the separate spending token you use to flash frequencies onto your device; KAS is the money the treasury holds and that you buy both tokens with — see the token page.)
